We're always happy to hear from you, but we know sometimes you just want an answer. Here is a collection of answers to the most often-asked questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, please use our Contact Form to ask.

  • "I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?"

An address cannot be edited after it has already shipped. We recommend contacting the shipping service to see if they are able to assist you further. If an address is incorrect and a package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Upon receiving the returned package, we will issue you a refund. If you would like the items shipped to the correct address, place a new order.

  • "I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?"

After a customer receives the order confirmation to their email, the contents of the order cannot be changed. We recommend you place another order for the correct item and returning the incorrect item upon receiving.

  •  "Can I apply a coupon code to my order after it has already been placed?"

Our promotions are time, place, and sometimes product-specific. We do not offer retroactive discounts towards an order you've already placed.

  • "What how can exchange or return something?"

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact cs@mycountrycasuals.com, provide your order number and we will instruct you on how to move forward in ensuring that you receive the correct product.
